An acid-base reaction is a chemical reaction process in which acid and base react to each other and neutralize them by making new products such as salt and water. It is used to determine pH levels.
There are several theoretical concepts and frameworks provided to clear the concepts and solve the problems of their reaction mechanisms and applications. These all are called an acid-base theory. Such as the Arrhenius concept, Bronsted-Lowry Theory, Lewis Concept.
