Art is the creation or process by design arranging symbolic significance items which affect a person or thing has on another. All interested students are selected from a process of country-level audition on student-level (grades such as 1, 2, 3, &10, etc). 

Local schools make public the students through participating during school hours 1 day weekly for twelve-week that is starting in February. It offers courses in the mythical, legendary, storybook, fictitious, historical, bookish, performing, and image arts. In a challenging and improved environment, rich teaching artists supply an exact program of study for artistic skills. 

Middlesex and Monmouth Counties is provided too many school districts by art middle school bus this programs . The class is held from Wednesday to the first week in February and goes on for 12 weeks. The class time is from 1:00 to 4:00 PM in Middlesex County. And the class is held on Thursdays to the first week in February and goes on for 12 weeks.  

The class time is from 1:30 to 4:30 PM in Monmouth County. It should be released from regular school each 7days to present the classes. The art students are responsible for his/her work/assignments. Middle School bus in   Middlesex County will lift up the students at their school and return students to their hostel after Arts Middle School classes are finished. 

Districts school have supported this program through superintending appoint school liaisons. They give out programs literature and meet with interested students. All District schools that are interested to participate in this Art project for the middle school have to obey some rules. Every participating school of the student who is enrolled has to pay a tuition fee for prescribing. 

Besides other schools or students may attend to this course but are all responsible themselves for their own tuition fee and own busing fee. Each student has to pay a tuition fee once auditioning fee ($35-$50 depending on classes the student is auditioning for, and others enroll fee of $50 when a candidate is accepted into the course). This is based on Visual art.
